Private Taxi

There are lots of private taxi operators and the tariff depends on the size of the car as well as A/C versus non-AC. It typically varies from Rs 6/km for a small car to Rs 10 /km. And the distance that one gets charged for is either 250 km or the actual distance travelled, whichever is more (so say, if you travelled just 150 km, you still get charged for 250 km).
